The beautiful thing about being a Small brewery is the flexibility. While we have a few beers that stay in rotation, (Black Pepper Pils for example) beyond that it gets very interesting. We always have ten on draft and they are constantly changing.

BLACK PEPPER PILS
A crisp and slightly spicy base of 95% German Bohemian Pilsner and 5% British Rye. Spiced in boil six different botanicals. Fermented with a dry English yeast strain.
a soft and juicy NE style ipa featuring ekuanot hops and wheat, huge citrus and tropical flavors.
High on flavor and aroma low on bitterness, hop bill includes columbus, el dorado, zythos, azaca, green bullet and mosaic lupulin powder, it's a litty hazy.
SORTA SOUR (cherry)
A light and refreshing sour beer fermented with tart cherries, dried elderberries, and rosemary from our patio.
OAK CLIFF ALE
A little bit of a blonde and a little bit of a English pale, very easy drinking.
BYZANTIUM (1ST ANNIVERSARY ALE)
A huge malty English Strong Dark, refermented with candi syrup, and aged on oak and turkish figs. Rich and delicious.
SULTANA (2nd anniversary)
Belgian strong ale with clove, cinnamon allspice, nutmeg, and juniper aged on organic sultana raisins.
MISH MISH (3nd anniversary)
An English Strong Ale with genorous amounts of dark munich malt, fermented on organic turkish apricots. Soft and fruity.
A rich milk stout brewed with an El Salvadorian coffee roasted by our neighbors at Cultivar Coffee.

Made with a Maris Otter base malt and a blend of roasted and toasted English malts, rich with a bready, biscuit-like sweetness
