The beautiful thing about being a Small brewery is the flexibility. While we have a few beers that stay in rotation, (Black Pepper Pils for example) beyond that it gets very interesting. We always have ten on draft and they are constantly changing.

BLACK PEPPER PILS
A crisp and slightly spicy base of 95% German Bohemian Pilsner and 5% British Rye. Spiced in boil six different botanicals. Fermented with a dry English yeast strain.
ROJA CON ROOIBOS
A smooth red ale brewed with rooibos tea from south africa.
MILKSHAKE UNDERDOG IPA
A fun take on our underdog IPA with lactose and madagascar vanilla .bean.
High on flavor and aroma low on bitterness, hop bill includes columbus, el dorado, zythos, azaca, green bullet and mosaic lupulin powder, it's a litty hazy.
By guest brewer Barrett Tillman of Blackman Brewing, this tart ale is brewed with lemon, lime, and his special blend of yeast.
DOUBLE DRY HOPPED DOUBLE IPA
Hazy IIPA, featuring Galaxy and Columbus hops, lots of juicy fruity hop flavor and a creamy oat finish.
OAK CLIFF ALE
A little bit of a blonde and a little bit of a English pale, very easy drinking.
SMALL ENGLISH BROWN
Made with a Maris Otter base malt and a blend of roasted and toasted English malts, rich with a bready, biscuit-like sweetness
100% Czechoslovakian barley, german hops, and a fruity lager yeast. It’s fresh out-of-the-tank pilsner that we’re tapping before we put it to rest for an extended lagering period.
Obscene amounts of oats, coconut, and cacao went into this one. Special note that there is zero lactose in this beer, it’s a fun challenge to make a thick pleasantly sweet beer without that weird milk sugar stuff.
